Kenneth Underhill, Director of ICSR, will be talking at the Financial Services Forum event “The Coalition of Business Stakeholders” on Wednesday 11 October.

Executive, Associate & Practitioner Members of the Forum will hear from Kenneth on:

• governance and delivery of transformation and change in a regulatory environment;
• the different business models and the challenges of size against efficiency;
• the risk that many large organisations overkill on change projects driven by a belief as to what a regulator expectations may be;
• the need to be more nimble –acting like a start-up in order to be able to effect change efficiently and effectively, whilst ensuring appropriate oversight at the right level

Kenneth looks forward to meeting Forum members at the event and sharing some of the tips and advice he has developed through his many years’ experience dealing with regulators and Boards in various different financial services environments.
