ICSR is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Martin as Talent Acquisition Lead. Based on the significant feedback from clients about our ability to find the right people for clients, this development sees ICSR more clearly positioning itself to be able to offer clients an improved and deeper service on resourcing. With the increasing need amongst regulated firms for resources to help them meet long and short-term requirements across their management, governance, risk, operations, IT and compliance functions (and more), we have created this role in our business with specific responsibility for ensuring we can assist clients with resources, both temporary or permanent.
Andrew will take the lead on working with clients who require resources, recognising the often short-notice need within insurance firms to meet tight deadlines with regulatory implications for failing to do so. Andrew will also work with our functional heads to understand current and future resourcing requirements across our full-time team and our Talent Pool to ensure that where clients need our support on transformational issues, we are able to help by providing a quality service
