ICSR is delighted to announce the appointment of Lance Grant as Head of Operations with effect from 13th June 2022. Lance is a highly experienced and well-regarded business and technology architect who has worked on some of the largest and most significant change programmes affecting insurance firms in recent years.

Lance will be responsible for the management and delivery of ICSR Operations services to clients who are looking to respond to organisational change resulting from regulatory and market updates to operating models and methods of working.

Lance will be supported by Peter Houston in an advisory capacity, who joins ICSR as Special Adviser, Market Reform.

Welcoming them to the ICSR team, director Kenneth Underhill said:

He has the ability to make a real impact with clients and I’m delighted he has chosen to share that expertise with ICSR clients and the team he will lead.
