ICSR is delighted to announce the appointment of Niki Underwood as Senior HR Business Partner with effect from 23rd May 2022. Niki is a strategic HR professional with significant experience in talent management, people management and development, learning and development, culture and recruitment. She has over 25 years’ industry experience gained in a variety of senior roles across insurance firms, consultancy businesses and recruitment.

Niki will be responsible for the recruitment of employees and new members to, and the ongoing management of, the large team of Talent Pool consultants who work with ICSR on a wide variety of projects for clients. She will ensure that employees and Talent Pool members are fully equipped to deliver their expertise in a style that is in keeping with the ICSR brand and culture and that they have all the necessary resource and support to do so.

About Niki Underwood

Niki Underwood worked in a variety of senior HR roles for Liberty Specialty Management, including Head of Human Resources. Niki was a member of the senior leadership team and the remuneration and nomination committees. She also worked for companies such as Bain & Company, Henderson Investors, ATOS Origin and Cambridge Place Investment Managers. She has a BA Honours in Combined Arts from De Montfort University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
