Andrew is a talent acquisition specialist with a strong reputation within the financial services sector including good experience within the insurance market and experience recruiting talent for ongoing permanent, fixed-term and contractor roles. He has a clear understanding of the regulatory requirements of recruitment into senior management function holder roles, with strong experience in ensuring the ability of individuals meet the requirements of specific roles. He is well versed liaising with stakeholders at all levels within a business and providing all of the necessary guidance and support on the implications of Diversity and Inclusivity laws and regulations as part of the recruitment process. He has experience recruiting for roles in the UK and for overseas based stakeholders.
Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment by ICSR on behalf of Clients and recruitment to and management of our employees and Talent Pool, including supporting our functional leads in identifying their resourcing needs and ensuring they have the right talent available to assist them on client engagements.
Andrew’s key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with the identification and placement of permanent and temporary resources;
- Managing our Talent Pool and supporting our functional heads with the management of Talent Pool members currently on engagements, where necessary;
- Managing recruitment of consultants to ICSR and the ICSR Talent Pool; and
- Assisting our functional heads in identifying the right talent to support current and future planned or expected engagements.
