Niki Underwood is a strategic commercial HR professional with significant experience in talent management, people management, learning and development, culture and recruitment. She has over 25 years’ industry experience gained in a variety of roles across insurance firms, consultancy businesses and recruitment.

Niki is responsible assisting with the growth of ICSR, its’ brand and culture and for the recruitment of new employees and members to, and the ongoing management of, the large team of Talent Pool consultants who work with ICSR on a wide variety of projects for clients. Her role is to ensure that both employees and Talent Pool members are fully equipped to deliver their expertise in a style that is in keeping with the ICSR brand and culture and that they have all the necessary resource and support to do so.

Niki’s role also encompasses responsibility for working with HR teams across our client base to help them access the wide range of services available from ICSR around the delivery of the governance regulatory, risk and operational change that impacts regulated businesses.

Niki is widely qualified to undertake her role with ICSR, including an NLP Master Practitioner certification (ITS), ICF Accredited Coaching certificate (ITS), Myers Briggs (Step II) Certified Facilitator (OPP), Gallop-Certified Strengths Coach (Gallop), Lloyd’s Coaching for Leaders Programme (Sheridan Solutions) and Lloyd’s Manager as Career Coach (Sheridan Solutions). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
