About Implement Compliance Solutions & Resources
Implement Compliance Solutions & Resources (ICSR) was formed by Kenneth Underhill in 2017 to provide insurance firms with an alternative to the traditional consultancy model. The firm comprises a mix of full-time staff and consultants, all of whom have significant experience working ‘in-house’ for insurance businesses. We provide advisory and resourcing for our clients across a range of areas including governance, risk, compliance, underwriting controls, operations, IT, HR, claims, complaints and project management. Our team are available to support clients on a flexible basis, reflecting the need of clients to be able to secure advice and support on specific issues or matters or short, medium and longer term resources whilst retaining flexibility.

ICSR is an Associate Member of the Lloyd’s Market Association, reflecting the work we do for firms operating in the Lloyd’s market.
Managing General Agents Association
ICSR is a Supplier Member of the Managing General Agents Association. Our membership includes a commitment that we will align with the MGAA Code of Conduct.
Financial Services Qualification System
FSQS (Financial Services Qualification System) is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for managing the increasing complexity of third and fourth-party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, policies and governance controls.
