At its annual exhibition and awards ceremony, the Managing General Agents Association has named ICSR its Service Provider of the Year. The judges were looking for examples of delivery of a solution or service that has helped MGAs realise efficiencies, improve service and profitability, enhance their operational governance.

ICSR was recognised for its record of providing MGA clients with governance, risk and compliance advice and support that has enabled those MGAs to meet their own business plans, timelines and objectives, backed up by strong and very positive feedback from a wide range of MGA clients, many of whom are also MGAA members.

Kenneth Underhill was on hand to accept the award from inspirational racing driver Billy Monger and Chief Executive of the sponsors, Robus. In accepting the award, Kenneth acknowledged the role played by the whole team, including the many Talent Pool members who have supported our work with MGA clients.
