ICSR is delighted to welcome two new employees to the team effective from 2nd January 2024, with both our Compliance and Operations teams growing. We welcome Matthew Davies as Compliance Manager and Marissa Miller as Project Manager.

Matthew Davies – Compliance Manager

Matthew (Matt) joins our compliance function, bringing extensive experience from across the company and Lloyd’s market, including managing relationships with the regulators. He has worked with businesses operating in the UK and internationally and alongside the core compliance skills, he has specific experience overseeing Appointed Representatives and helping manage various complex operational incidents with compliance implications. Matt reports to Risk & Compliance Director, Claire King.

Marissa Miller – Project Manager

Marissa joins our operations function, where her IT and Business PMO expertise developed across a variety of organisations within the Insurance, Finance, IT, and Government sectors is already well-known to us. With a successful track record in business transformation, commissioning, change control, forecasting, risk management, implementing core procedures, resource planning, and the execution of IT systems and document control measures, she is a versatile resource supporting our Operations Director, Benoit Steulet.

Commenting on the appointments, ICSR Director Kenneth Underhill said:

Compliance resources remain in strong demand and to have Matt join us at Manager level is a real asset to our business. In the project management arena, I have seen at first hand how competent Marissa is at managing complex transformation programmes and I am delighted she has agreed to join Benoit’s team as we extend the capability of that function, both as an advisory resource in its own right and as a support function for the more complex Governance, Risk & Compliance projects on which ICSR is engaged. Our business continues to grow at pace and these new appointments lay great foundations for that trajectory to continue in 2024 and beyond.”
