ICSR is delighted to announce the appointment of Benoit Steulet as Operations Director with effect from 1st August 2023. Benoit has over 20 years’ experience of working in the consulting and (re)insurance market, with roles spanning the UK and France, including for Lloyd’s of London and QBE Insurance.

Benoit has a strong track record in delivering large transformation programmes covering a range of subjects that include digital, robotic automation, operating models, offshoring and service management. As part of those roles, Benoit has led, managed and coached high performing global operational teams, including oversight of Lloyd’s operations across the EMEA region in the ‘Brexit’ era.

Benoit will be responsible for leading all aspects of our Operations, Change, Digital and Transformation function, including those members of the ICSR Talent Pool who support this area of our work, as well as supporting colleagues from our Compliance, Risk and HR functions.

Welcoming Benoit to the ICSR team, director Kenneth Underhill said:

He has worked with us for some months as a member of our Talent Pool and having seen his ability to manage complex change scenarios with clients, I had no doubt that I wanted him to be a permanent part of the ICSR team, a role that will allow him even greater flexibility to help our clients with their Operations and Technology requirements.”
