ICSR has launched a new ‘Talking Heads’ podcast series, featuring interviews with members of the team, complementing our ongoing series of webinars which remain available as recordings on our YouTube channel. Episode 1 of our new podcast features Compliance Consultant, Palak Bedi who talks about the Consumer Duty, providing her views and observations on the implementation process and the way the FCA has continued to oversee the response, including offering some advice and guidance to firms ahead of the next deadlines.
