ICSR is delighted to welcome Owen Greenwood to the team as Senior Operations Consultant. Owen is a transformation and operations expert with extensive experience helping insurance sector clients achieve their strategic and operational goals. He has worked with clients in the Life and General Insurance sectors including those with a London Market focus. Most recently, he has been extensively and intimately involved with the Blueprint Two Transformation Programme, working closely with the Corporation of Lloyd’s, looking at everything from the strategic objectives to delivery,  providing pragmatic, detailed advice designed to improve value delivered and Programme success.
